Dubfire, the stage name of Ali Shirazinia, is a renowned Iranian-American DJ and record producer known for his innovative and captivating techno and house music. Born in Tehran, Iran, he moved to Los Angeles, USA, at a young age, where he discovered his passion for electronic music.

He gained initial recognition as one half of the pioneering duo Deep Dish, alongside Sharam Tayebi. The duo achieved global success with their unique blend of soulful house and progressive trance, earning numerous accolades, including two Grammy nominations. They released three studio albums, "Junk Science," "George Is On," and "Saul in the Graveyard," featuring iconic tracks like "Flashdance" and "Say Hello."

In 2005, Dubfire embarked on his solo career, establishing himself as a leading figure in the techno scene. His productions, characterized by intricate rhythms, dark and atmospheric soundscapes, and hypnotic melodies, have earned him widespread acclaim. He has released numerous EPs and albums on labels like SCI+TEC, his own imprint, and Drumcode. He has also remixed tracks for renowned artists like Depeche Mode, Madonna, and The Killers.
