Marcel Dettmann @ Sónar Istanbul

Sónar Istanbul 2026 marks the first time that an edition of Sónar (except Barcelona) has celebrated 10 years in the same city, and the first Sónar outside of Barcelona to celebrate 10 continuous editions: from 2017 to 2026.

To celebrate, we invited Marcel Dettmann, a longtime friend of the festival who played live at Sónar Istanbul just last year, to play a set on the roof of Zorlu PSM (Sónar Istanbul's venue). Here's the result, with the German DJ playing to the backdrop of spectacular views over the Bosphorus, the historical border between Asia and Europe.
