Baraka — Lucky Stars

Baraka has always been synonymous with "lucky star". And it is true that you can find some of that in this duo. In 2020, as the world prepared to go into lockdown, Cristofeu (DJ and producer) and sa+ga (DJ, singer, poet, author) were in Vienna, Austria. Confined together, they had plenty of time to make their respective artistic worlds meet and compose an initial series of tracks featuring poetic vocals, acid tones and synthetic layers drawing on trance and trip-hop. A hybrid, uncompromising mix, with inspirations from Prodigy, Massive Attack, and even Björk.
